TLS with HSTS on every request; databases and image storage encrypted at rest.

What counts as a billable scan?
Each image the AI analyses and returns a plate for. Engine errors are never billed, and retries with the same request ID are free.
How am I charged?
Usage is metered live. On the 1st of every month last month's total is charged to the card on file and the receipt is emailed to you.
Can I integrate it with my existing VPMS or app?
Yes. It's a plain REST API with an API key header — and your VPMS can report and reconcile monthly usage through the usage endpoint.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. High-throughput sites get graduated per-scan pricing — tell us your expected volume in the access form.
How long do you keep vehicle photos?
You choose: 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, or keep them. Expired photos are deleted automatically every night; plate and time records stay for your logs.
Who can see our data?
Your team, plus the infrastructure providers that run the service under contract — never other customers. Every record is isolated to your workspace at the database level, and photos are only reachable through short-lived signed links. Our subprocessor list is part of the data-processing agreement.
Where is our data stored?
